At Sally's Cop Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official law enforcement patches and tags remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
